About the Role: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and driving store performance. 
Key Responsibilities: 
- Lead and develop a team to exceed sales targets and KPIs. 
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience. 
- Oversee stock management, merchandising, and store presentation. 
- Manage rostering, coaching, and team development.

- Experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
