Career advancement is on the horizon for a Site Manager with Komatsu Mining Technologies.
This pivotal role will have you leading our Regional Service Team from the helm of our Curragh Mammoth Mine site-based service team, supporting customers as they operate brand-new fleets of bord and pillar mining equipment.
The Role
You will be responsible for efficiently managing daily site and business operations, including ensuring site safety, maintaining equipment, responding to breakdowns, staff scheduling, customer interaction, and reporting as per contractual obligations.
As an essential part of the site management team, you will foster strong customer relationships within the organization and with external clients.
Requirements
* Mechanical/Electrical trade and/or engineering qualifications with underground coal mining experience on continuous miners, shuttle cars, and associated equipment are required.
* You should be able to build and foster genuine relationships, mentor, support, and coordinate a team of service personnel, monitor and report on product performance, and lead and drive continuous improvement processes.
