Techincal Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
* Organisational leadership experience with high-performing teams.
* A relevant accountancy qualification (CA ANZ or CPA) is advantageous.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Experience in the commonwealth budget and cabinet processes including budget process operational rules, cabinet submissions and portfolio budget statements.
* Expertise in one or more of the following: cost modeling, financial accounting, or commercial and contract assurance.
* Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data to drive strategic insights.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
