Key Responsibilities
* Promote various travel packages, flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and insurance products.
* Establish strong relationships with customers through face-to-face and online interactions, managing new inquiries, quotes, itineraries, amendments, and cancellations.
* Facilitate domestic and international travel bookings and payments between travelers and suppliers using Amadeus GDS.
* Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings by offering travel products and upgrades.
* Manage travel credits, refunds, and changes.
* Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Attend industry events, supplier meetings, and product launches.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate 3 in Travel or higher.
* Experience working with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
* Passion for the travel industry and personal travel experience.
* Strong organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage workload, set goals, and meet sales targets.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent personal presentation and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
