The Role
As Business Manager, you will oversee the operational, financial, and strategic functions of the clinic, ensuring their new Care Package model is scalable, sustainable, and impactful. You will lead a dynamic team, optimise business performance, and support our mission to improve mental health outcomes on a large scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage budgets, conduct fortnightly reviews, and prepare monthly financial reports.
* Drive strategic planning and business development initiatives.
* Streamline clinic operations through systematisation and dashboard management.
* Lead and support reception staff, monitor referral conversions, and optimise bookings.
* Coordinate marketing efforts, including newsletters and outreach activities.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and foster a positive team culture.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in business management or healthcare operations.
* Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting skills.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams effectively.
* Desirable: experience in mental health services, healthcare compliance, or marketing.

* Base salary of $110,000 + superannuation.
