A dryland farming operation is seeking a proactive and ambitious candidate to fill the role of Assistant Farm Manager.
The business operates in a predominantly dry environment with a mix of cropping and supplementary irrigation, growing wheat, faba beans, chickpeas, cotton, and sorghum.
Maintenance and upkeep of modern machinery are essential skills for this position, particularly in setting up planters and operating headers.
* Prioritize farm equipment maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
A successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, be confident, responsible, and able to think ahead.
Familiarity with mechanical and technical aspects, especially planter setup, is also required.
