About the role
Albion Park City Automotive is seeking an experienced Vehicle Mechanic to join our Multi Franchised team in Albion Park Rail, NSW. This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a range of classic and luxury vehicles. As a Vehicle Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, as well as performing routine maintenance to ensure our clients' vehicles are in peak condition.
What you'll be doing
1. Conducting thorough inspections and diagnostics on a variety of vehicle makes and models
2. Performing scheduled maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tune-ups, and brake servicing
3. Repairing and replacing faulty or worn-out parts, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
4. Documenting all work completed and maintaining detailed records of vehicle service history
5. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective workshop operations
6. Providing exceptional customer service and keeping clients informed on the status of their vehicles
What we're looking for
1. Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Vehicle Mechanic, preferably in a specialised classic or luxury vehicle workshop
3. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues
4. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
6. A keen interest in classic and luxury vehicles, and a passion for exceptional automotive craftsmanship
