This is a full time role supporting the Director. This newly created position for someone who thrives on variety and loves learning new things.
This isn't a role where you will be stuck behind the desk performing the same task day in day out. Instead you will be hands on handling the accounts and providing operational support while expanding your skills and knowledge.
Key responsibilities
* General Book Keeping and Admin Support
* Bank Reconciliation
* Invoicing and receivables
* Supplier payments and data entry
* Back up for Customer Service personnel
* Create engaging content and marketing material across email, websites and social media
* Be part of the team that designs t-shirts, boxes and merchandise
Following Skills and attributes are desired
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong skills and experience using Microsoft 360, Canva, Photoshop
* Highly organized, reliable, capable of working independently and unsupervised
* Pragmatic, proactive and happy where you own outcomes
* The confidence to answer and ringing phone and be able to communicate well with the customer
* Willingness to learn
