Under the guidance of a highly supportive Melbourne Sales Director, you will join our collaborative culture to play a key role in supporting and connecting our fantastic sales team. Your role as Sales Coordinator will see you assisting with a diverse range of administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth communication between departments and timely execution of client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
* Send broadcast summary and post-time reports to clients and reps.
* Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems.
* Monitor order status and communicate updates to clients and the sales team.
* Manage and organise sales-related documents and files.
* Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements for the sales team.
* Assist in the coordination of sales meetings, events, trade shows, and conferences.
* Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
* Assist with air checks, broadcast summaries and post times
* Complete Reach & Frequencies and Average Audience figures for clients and reps via ESP & GFK;
* Creating, Submitting and revising booking forms on behalf of reps
About You
* You have experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel).
* You bring a high level of passion to want to learn and innovate to make the team's day to day easier and smoother.
* Highly desirable is a year at least of experience in a media sales support role.
* Interpersonally, you are an effective communicator, and problem solver capable of working with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external to achieve results. You are excited by helping others succeed, working hard but having fun along the way.
