The Role
As an Apparel & Footwear Specialist you will:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and expert advice on apparel and footwear
* Assist customers with sizing, fit, and product selection
* Provide guidance on layering, fabric technologies, and weather‐appropriate clothing
* Maintain strong product knowledge across brands, styles, and seasonal ranges
* Ensure the department is well‐stocked, organized, sized and visually appealing
* Support merchandising standards and promotional activities
* Work as part of a team to create a positive and engaging store environment
About You
* Passion for outdoor lifestyle, fashion, or activewear
* Interest in footwear fitting and apparel styling for performance and comfort
* Strong communication skills and a customer‐first mindset
* Eagerness to learn about technical fabrics and product features
* Retail or customer service experience (highly desirable.)
* Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment
* Flexible availability across Part‐Time hours, including weekends and peak retail periods
* Full working rights within Australia
