**People Partner Advisor - People Partnerships**

As our People **Partner Advisor**, reporting to the **Senior Manager People Partnerships**, you will support the People Partnerships team to ensure the effective implementation of the People Plan through proactive team support. This involves using developed business acumen to provide and deliver quality support and advice to stakeholders across the Group.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will actively contribute to the embedding of People & Performance projects and activities, and support in building the capability of the senior and mid-level leaders.
**A few of your responsibilities**:
- Partner closely with the People & Performance teams to ensure alignment and provide business insights that meet the unique needs of the group or department.
- Coach, develop and empower leaders to perform effectively to ensure compliance with workplace legislation and company policies, processes and procedures.
- Drive employee engagement and business satisfaction activities and accountabilities with senior and mid-level business leaders.
- Collaborate with the People Partner Managers to take ownership for position management including remuneration advice, verifying organisational charts and position descriptions against structural changes, and ensuring licencing requirements for roles are reflective of the current state of the business.
- Provide generalist people policy advice and support the business in areas of performance, reward, remuneration, health, safety and wellbeing, capability and talent acquisition.
**What we will be looking for**:
- 2-3 years' experience as a generalist in Human Resources or management consulting.
- Proven ability to work with and advise senior management on HR-related concerns.
- Proactive relationship management, coaching, influencing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of industrial relations instruments/general employment law, national employment standards and Fair Work.
- Ability to work within a high-volume environment with conflicting priorities.
**About you**:
You are a seasoned coordinator and/or advisor with in-depth knowledge of Human Resources and the end-to-end employee lifecycle. You have provided proactive advice to senior leaders on performance management, rewards and remuneration, organisational design, and more.
