About the Role
We rely on a flexible workforce to deliver some of Perth's most exciting sport and entertainment events, as well as the recreational and community services within venues such as Arena Joondalup and Perth High Performance Centre in Mount Claremont. The following casual positions are required to support delivery of aquatic operations in 2026: Lifeguards, Aquatic Supervisors and Timing Officers. Responsibilities of these roles are detailed in the attached Duty Statement (Job Description). Required qualifications are included in the attached Essential Qualifications Fact Sheet.
Casual hours are based on daily operational needs and can include early mornings, late nights and weekend shifts. Each casual position attracts various pay rates depending on the position – see attached casual pay rate fact sheet for more information.

Employment Screening
To be eligible for employment with VenuesWest you must have the following at the time of commencement:
* Right to Work in Australia for the duration of the employment contract
* National Police Clearance valid within the last 12 months
