Client Service Administrator

What You'll Be Doing:
Handling 50 calls per day, assisting clients with inquiries and support
Managing approximately 120 emails per day, delivering timely and accurate responses
Working across multiple systems including Oracle, Stripe and internal systems
Processingrefundsand answering FAQs with care and accuracy
Coordinating with warehouse teams to track devices and manage product replacements under warranty
Collaborating across departments to make sure every client receives an exceptional experience
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in administration or customer service
Confidence using multiple platforms and learning new systems quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
