At ROWIE, we're looking for an experienced and proactive Supply Chain & Operations Manager to join our team and take ownership of the systems, processes, and logistics that keep our collections running smoothly. This is a key role driving the operational rhythm of our business - from production handover to warehouse dispatch - and supporting global growth with clarity and consistency.
You'll be the connection point between departments, responsible for managing timelines, inventory systems, and end-to-end product flow. If you're organised, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Inbound Logistics & Fulfilment
Manage global shipments, customs, and landed costs. Liaise with freight providers and 3PL partners. Support purchase order visibility and delivery tracking.
Product Lifecycle & Launch Readiness
Own product setup in Cin7 and ensure inventory accuracy across channels. Coordinate promotional sales and seasonal launches. Lead logistics and setup for in-person events like our sample sale.
Inventory & Cross-Channel Operations
Oversee inventory across ecommerce, wholesale, and retail. Manage replenishment planning, boutique stocktake coordination, and system integration across Shopify, Cin7, and POS.
Timeline & Workflow Management
Set and manage lead times across design, production, marketing, ecommerce, and wholesale. Build critical paths, prevent bottlenecks, and ensure teams deliver on time.
EXPECTATIONS:
* 2+ years in operations, supply chain, or ecommerce logistics (fashion/lifestyle sector preferred).
* Confidence working across platforms like Cin7, Shopify, and POS systems.
* Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
* Naturally organised with a systems mindset and high attention to detail.
* Calm, proactive, and dependable — the go-to for keeping things on track.
* Bonus: experience with international freight, 3PLs, or multi-channel planning.
