Lead Academic in Humanities
This full-time position requires an experienced educator to lead a team of educators and deliver high-quality teaching and learning in the humanities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum programs, leading and managing a team of teachers, providing professional development opportunities, and contributing to school-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement curriculum programs that meet the needs of students;
* Lead and manage a team of teachers to ensure effective delivery of the humanities curriculum;
* Provide professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their practice;
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives;
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support student learning and well-being;
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Education or related field;
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role in education;
* Proven track record of improving student outcomes through innovative teaching practices;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
* Willingness to contribute to the academic ethos of the institution.
