Technical Support Specialist
Our team is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide timely and efficient technical assistance to end users.
* Provide technical support and assistance to end users.
* Collaborate with the IT Manager on all matters related to maintenance, upkeep, and seat management.
* Manage and maintain NMCI seat and peripheral orders for headquarters and ashore subordinate commands.
* Develop project plans, milestones, and participate in program reviews and status assessments.
* Generate periodic reports to support annual budget reviews for NMCI services.
* Respond to technical issues for CNSL staff in support of readiness assessment missions.
* Provide hands-on assistance for issues not requiring direct help desk support.
* Configure laptops for remote access to support CNSL staff travel.
* Maintain an accurate inventory of assets.
* Provide end-user support for hardware and software, including Microsoft products.
