Previous experience in an Assistant Property Manager / Property Officer role within real estate is highly desired. However, we are also interested in hearing from people who have a fantastic attitude and are committed to developing a career in the industry.

The role - your duties will include:
* Assistance in managing a portfolio;
* Delivering exceptional customer service;
* Process rental applications;
* Assisting with routine inspections;
* Assisting with outgoing inspections;
* Coordinating and following up with maintenance and repairs;
* Liaising with internal stakeholders;
* Issuing breach notices as required;
* Assisting with all areas of the PM department;
* Administrative duties; and
* Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions.
The candidate - to succeed in this role you'll have:
* Exposure to property management and/or real estate experience is highly desired;
* A current Real Estate Licence/Certificate Of Registration;
* Exceptional customer service skills;
* Excellent communication skills;
* High levels of professionalism;
* Previous client relationship or account management experience;
* The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
* Intermediate computer and digital literacy; and
* A valid drivers licence and a reliable car.
