As a leader in the Essential Safety Measures (Fire) maintenance industry, Linkfire has a rich 20 + year history of working with owners corporation management, commercial real estate management companies and facility management companies on all of their ongoing essential (fire) safety measure compliance requirements.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to continue and drive our further growth. Growth will be driven primarily through deepening relationships with existing clients. This will be achieved through regular face-to-face meetings, proactive engagement, and a clear focus on understanding each client’s evolving needs. By strengthening partnerships at both operational and decision-making levels, opportunities for expanded services, improved outcomes, and long-term retention will be identified. This approach ensures growth is sustainable, client-led, and built on trust, consistency, and demonstrated value.

This role is based out of our office in the Eastern Suburbs, but there will be a significant amount of “on the road” in this role. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic individual who has the customer at the forefront of what they do.

You will report to the Sales Manager and you will be supported by our sales and service teams based in our head office.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Manage growth and retention in existing portfolio of Strata Clients.

* Identify new business opportunities in existing and new channels

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

* Conduct client presentations, education sessions, and negotiations to secure new business contracts and partnerships.

* Collaborate closely with the wider Linkfire team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

* Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

* Prepare and deliver sales proposals, tenders, and contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

* Provide regular reports on meetings, visits and activity, updates to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommended strategies.

* Assist with Marketing and Branding (LinkedIn, EDM’s etc)
