The Role
Ultimate Security is seeking customer service‐oriented Monitoring Centre Operators, with experience in Mastermind EX monitoring platform, to work a rotating 24/7 roster. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and work in a Grade A1 Certified Monitoring Centre.
Key Duties
* Monitor alarms and video surveillance systems across multiple sites
* Respond to alarm activations and alarm system faults
* Dispatch guards and patrols
* Respond to customer enquiries
* Generation of reports
* Data entry
* Ensure compliance and service levels are achieved
Selection Criteria
* A minimum of 1E Security Licence
* Previous Monitoring Room experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Ability to work a rotating 24/7 roster including day shifts, including weekends and public holidays
* Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent phone manners and overall customer service
