Job Description:

A Project Handover Specialist is required to oversee project handovers and ensure all associated works are completed to the desired standard.

This involves working closely with manufacturers to guarantee quality assurance of onsite products, and may involve secondment to manufacturing to assist with quality assurance of units within our supply chain.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality projects.


Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure onsite grouting processes are followed and quality of works meets acceptable standards.
* Assist grouting teams to ensure product cubes are completed to the desired standard.
* Create and update the 'Cube Test Register.'
* Verify positioning and presence of M&E elements within units.
* Ensure surface finish of units meets correct specification.
* Raise and issue manufacturer defects, including estimated time and motion.
* Manage mastic application, including quality assurance.
* Manage project-based diamond drilling tasks.
* Snag completed works to ensure they meet acceptable standards.
* Complete structural/cosmetic handover documents and issue to clients.
* Assist manufacture teams with quality assurance checking of units within factories.
* Report against programme to the Project team.
* Be responsible for plant and equipment.


Leadership Expectations:

* Brief the site team on daily/weekly activities and participate in daily project de-briefs.
* Lead and manage on-site finishing teams.
* Manage ER issues within the team.
* Direct on-site manufacturer finishing resource to complete tasks.


Health and Safety Requirements:

* Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines at all times.
* Create RAMS and addendums as necessary.
* Follow temporary works guidance and guidelines.


Requirements:

* Full valid UK driving licence.
* Proficient in computer software.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* MEWP training for Managers.
* Accident Investigator certification.
