About the Role
This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Monday-to-Sunday roster. As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Providing outstanding customer service through meaningful interactions with customers.
* Selling premium products, highlighting their features, benefits, and care instructions.
* Maintaining high standards of stock presentation and merchandising.
* Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards.
* Achieving sales and key performance indicators (KPIs) through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration.
