About The Role
Pinnacle's Transformation team accelerates organisational value by solving complex business challenges. We partner across the business to identify and deliver improvement opportunities - leading research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, recommendations, and implementation.
We're seeking a bright, creative individual with a passion for driving change to join the team. In this role, you'll collaborate with leaders and teams across Pinnacle on every stage of the process - from shaping ideas to working side‐by‐side with stakeholders to bring solutions to life.
The role can be based in either Brisbane or Sydney.
What You'll Do
* Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to identify efficiency gaps, uncover improvement opportunities, and develop actionable plans that drive meaningful change
* Contribute to the design and execution of digital solutions and AI/automation projects aimed at improving business performance
* Support change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies
* Assist in project governance, including tracking milestones, managing risks, and preparing progress reports for leadership
Qualifications
* Completed degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or STEM with excellent grades;
* Experience in business analysis or consulting, through work experience, or university case competition;
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders;
* A passion for driving change and improving business processes;
* A curious and growth-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
