Role
We are seeking a hands on Venue Maintenance Lead to take ownership of maintenance, compliance and asset presentation across our portfolio.
This is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional or trade qualified candidate ready to step into a leadership role while remaining actively on the tools.
You will work closely with venue managers and external contractors to ensure our sites operate safely, efficiently and to a high standard always.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform a wide range of hands-on repairs including carpentry, minor plumbing, equipment servicing and general building maintenance.
* Coordinate licensed trades for regulated works (electrical, refrigeration & fire systems).
* Respond to urgent maintenance call outs to minimise operational disruption.
* Conduct routine servicing of beer systems, refrigeration and commercial kitchen equipment.
* Plan and schedule preventative maintenance across all sites.
* Conduct regular site inspections focused on safety, compliance and asset protection.
* Ensure WHS standards are maintained and contractor works meet compliance requirements.
* Maintain accurate digital records of maintenance activities and service logs.
* Manage maintenance inventory and procurement of parts and equipment.
* Work collaboratively with venue managers to prioritise tasks around trading hours.

* Comfortable working independently across multiple sites.
* Calm and solutions focused under pressure.
* Strong communicator who builds positive relationships with venue managers and contractors.
* Physically capable and uncompromising on safety standards.
* Competent using digital systems for reporting and scheduling.
Experience
* Background in facilities, building maintenance, hospitality venues or trade based roles.
* Experience coordinating contractors across multiple locations.
* Hospitality maintenance experience highly regarded.
* First Aid and Working at Heights tickets (desirable).
