About the role
Are you passionate about field operations, customer engagement, and innovative mobility solutions? Join our dynamic team as a Field Study & Implementation Specialist, where you'll play a key role in deploying and evaluating cutting-edge tyre and telematics technologies in real-world environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Regular customer visits and ensuring all enhanced opportunities are fully supported to establish the customers' needs and suitability of the overall solution
* Share product knowledge, inform, and provide training on new processes and tools
* Collect in the field usage conditions of products and associated services, in order to improve the relevance and value of products and identify risks.
* Effectively liaise with your colleagues to support business needs
* Preparing reports for fleet validation and field survey contracts
* Conducting tire and vehicle inspections, including taking measurements and photos
* Create alert reports for any weak signals or potential issues
What We're Looking For:
Are you an Engineer, Mechanical Engineering graduate or Skilled technician who is ready to launch your career in a global organization?
We're looking for a motivated individual with:
* Detail-oriented with a knack for accurate data collection and reporting
* A willingness to learn and adapt
* Strong mechanical/technical skills and a commitment to safety
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Analytical thinking and technical report writing skills
* Experience in B2B, CRM systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Ability to travel frequently and manage fieldwork independently
* Authorised to work in Australia. New Zealand applicants will also be considered.
