Job Description

The role of Business Development Manager is a key position within our organization. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our efforts in growing and diversifying revenue by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities.

This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to manage relationships with customers and contribute to the ongoing development of our services. The successful candidate will work across departments to identify and convert opportunities, ensuring high-quality support for partners and their employees.

Main Responsibilities:

* Drive sales and growth for the Employee Care program by meeting sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
* Work with colleagues to identify, nurture, and close sales opportunities.
* Manage sales opportunities using a standardized sales cycle and methodology, ensuring smooth onboarding of new customers.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction for the Employee Care program by working with colleagues to drive advocacy and retention.
* Build strong relationships both internally and externally to generate advocacy and new business opportunities.


Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. You should also have experience in sales, marketing, and account management, as well as strong negotiation and communication skills.

You will be a dynamic and collaborative leader who thrives on building strong relationships and driving growth. Your ability to work seamlessly with various teams and stakeholders makes you a valuable asset to any organization.
