About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with Sales and Distribution staff. You will also be responsible for ensuring seamless settlement processing for our customers nationally.
You will bring your exceptional relationship-building skills to maintain strong relationships within your team and across the wider Business and Agribusiness Team and stakeholders. These stakeholders include Government partners, customers, solicitors and advisors.
In this role, you will work closely with risk partners and stakeholders to ensure a positive outcome for the business and our customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain effective relationships with Sales and Distribution staff
2. Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure seamless settlement processing
3. Build strong relationships within teams and stakeholders
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and attention to detail
