Process Re‐engineering Business Analyst
We are seeking a Process Re‐engineering Business Analyst to join a Process Excellence team within a technology‐led environment. This role is responsible for analysing existing business processes and designing improved future‐state processes that support technology delivery and business outcomes.
The role sits at the intersection of process improvement and IT change, supporting initiatives where process redesign is required to enable or optimise technology solutions. You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand how work is currently performed, identify improvement opportunities, and help shape practical, scalable process designs.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst with a focus on process redesign, optimisation, or continuous improvement.
* Experience working on technology or IT‐related initiatives, with an understanding of systems delivery and how processes align to technology outcomes.
* Strong experience mapping and analysing end‐to‐end business processes and designing future‐state process models.
* Hands‐on experience using process modelling tools or notations (e.g. Signavio, BPMN or similar).
* Proven ability to engage and collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
* Experience supporting process change within Agile, hybrid or structured delivery environments.
* Background in complex enterprise environments (e.g. telecommunications or technology‐driven organisations) is beneficial but not essential.
* A grounded, practical working style with strong communication skills and a team‐oriented mindset.
