About the opportunity:
This role is responsible for administrative support and assistance in the Dispute Resolution and Board and Corporate Services Teams. This role contributes to a number of operational functions in respect of complaints, appeals, and information requests and includes managing registers and correspondence. Other tasks focus on the delivery of human resources support functions, including reconciling leave and Bonafide reports.
About you
Working under general direction, you will be highly organised and have strong attention to detail. You contribute effectively to the team with the ability to develop clear and accurate correspondence and documentation. You will be flexible and can adapt to changing priorities while working within deadlines. Experience in working with superannuation administration platforms and records management systems will be very beneficial.
To be successful, you must address the selection criteria below in a cover letter:
* Experience in providing administrative support in a customer or member-focused environment, including handling sensitive or confidential information.
* Proven ability to manage a varied workload with limited supervision and to determine priorities and meet deadlines.
* Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers and staff at all levels.
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to develop alternative solutions and strategies.
* Possess high-level verbal and written communication and presentation skills which result in effective and appropriate communication to a broad range of people, including members, beneficiaries, claimants, and legal and medical practitioners.
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to maintaining records, registers, and document management systems (e.g. Objective, Bluedoor).

Remuneration
ASO4 – $76,561 min - $80,256 max per annum + 12% Super
