Job Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical, instrumentation and control system upgrades on the Cape Lambert A High Density Ore (CLAHDO) Project in Western Australia.
This milestone project involves significant infrastructure upgrades. You will be responsible for championing best practice in Health Safety Environment (HSE), mentoring junior leaders and employees, ensuring appropriate resource allocation, conducting prestart risk assessments and audits, and overseeing performance of external contractors and suppliers.
* Mentoring of junior leaders and employees in technical and quality requirements
* Ensure appropriate allocation of resources to achieve planned outcomes
* Carry out prestart risk assessments (Take 5, JHA) and review and authorise (sign off) JHA's
* Oversee performance of external contractors and suppliers
The successful candidate will have:
* WA Electrical Licence
* Experience in a supervisory position
* Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor training (or Section 44 with aim to complete S26)
* Strong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and other industrial construction projects
