About the role
We are now seeking a supervisor who is ready for the next step in their career and wants to grow into a long-term leadership role. You will lead our Townsville branch across warehouse operations, customer service, administration and internal sales.
Responsibilities
* Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders
* Booking in freight via online portals and over the phone
* Forklift operation
* Unloading & loading trucks
* Stock organization
* Maintaining the cleanliness of warehouse
* Serving customers as required
About you
* A strong customer service mindset and a genuine desire to support our customers and help them succeed
* Customer service experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to prioritise, multi‐task and work in a fast‐paced environment
* A solid work ethic, initiative and the confidence to make decisions
* Someone who takes pride in getting things right the first time
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
