The Opportunity
Join CSR as our next Finance Reporting Analyst based in North Ryde and play a key role in delivering high‐quality financial reporting, analysis, and insights that support decision‐making at the highest levels of the organisation. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with senior leaders, including the CEO, CFO, Group EGM and Finance GM, while contributing to the ongoing improvement of our planning, reporting, and control frameworks.
In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for producing accurate, insightful financial and management reporting, ensuring strong financial governance, and driving continuous improvement across reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare high‐quality financial, management, and corporate reports with insightful analysis for senior leaders.
* Deliver accurate monthly accounts, including journals, P&L reviews, and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Maintain integrity of accounting ledgers, ensuring strong controls and high‐quality reconciliations.
* Prepare budgets and forecasts for the Interiors business and support consolidation across reporting systems.
* Coordinate half‐year and year‐end reporting, audit preparation, and responses to audit queries.
* Load, collate, and consolidate actuals, forecasts, and budgets across multiple systems.
* Improve and streamline planning, reporting, and internal control processes across AU/NZ.
* Oversee financial data accuracy in SAP/BW and maintain CSA internal control reporting.
* Provide commercial analysis, performance insights, and decision‐support to stakeholders.
* Manage monthly FX forecasting, review rates, and liaise with treasury on hedge positions.
About You
You are a technically strong, analytical finance professional with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement. You enjoy partnering with the business and communicating insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business and/or Commerce.
* CA/CPA qualification.
* 5+ years' post‐qualification experience in management or financial accounting.
* Strong experience in consolidations, general accounting, analysis, and reporting.
* Ability to clearly analyse, interpret, and communicate financial information.
* Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience preferred.
* Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills.
* A proactive, hands‐on approach to problem‐solving with a "can‐do" mindset.
* Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* A growth mindset and enthusiasm for developing commercial capability across the business.
