About the role:
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and operational excellence?
CSR are currently seeking a Digital & Operations Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team based in North Ryde. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and ROI for our well known 13 brands. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage digital assets, optimise campaigns, and ensure seamless integration with CRM systems.
Key Accountabilities:
* Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy for the Interiors group.
* Create and manage advertising artwork and content across all digital channels.
* Plan, recommend, and manage the annual digital advertising budget.
* Monitor daily performance and content flow across platforms.
* Act as the primary liaison for digital agency partners and manage media procurement.
* Drive marketing automation and CRM integration (including HubSpot).
* Oversee IP development and maintenance of visualiser tools, apps, and product calculators.
* Lead customer segmentation and targeting for maximum ROI.
* Provide detailed reports and analytics on campaign performance and lead sources.
* Manage SEO, SEM, paid and organic search, social media, and digital presence.
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital marketing management role.
* Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI through digital strategies.
* Technically savvy with strong skills in digital planning, execution, and measurement.
* Tertiary qualifications in Digital Marketing or a related field.
* Knowledge of the building industry is an advantage.
