Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Graphics Programmer to design and implement cutting-edge rendering technology for our games. You'll shape the visual quality, performance, and technical direction of projects across PC and console platforms.
This is a hands-on role. You'll need:
Deep expertise in real-time rendering
Strong collaboration with artists and designers
Ability to mentor other engineers
Key Responsibilities
Architect, implement, and optimize advanced real-time rendering systems and pipelines
Develop and maintain graphics features: lighting, shadows, post-processing, materials, VFX integration
Optimize GPU/CPU performance, memory usage, and frame timing across platforms
Work closely with technical artists and art directors to achieve high visual fidelity within performance budgets
Research and prototype new rendering techniques and emerging graphics technologies
Debug complex rendering issues using GPU debugging and profiling tools
Contribute to engine architecture decisions and long-term technical strategy
Mentor and support engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
Write clear, maintainable, well-documented code
Qualifications
Your Skills
6+ years in game development, with 4+ years in graphics programming
Strong proficiency in C++
Deep knowledge of modern graphics APIs: DirectX 12, Vulkan, Metal, or equivalent
Strong understanding of real-time rendering techniques: PBR, deferred/forward rendering, HDR, TAA, post-processing pipelines
Experience optimizing for PC and/or console hardware
Strong linear algebra, 3D math, and shader programming (HLSL/GLSL)
Experience with GPU profiling/debugging tools (PIX, RenderDoc, Nsight)
Shipped at least two AAA or high-quality commercial titles
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with proprietary engines or deep Unreal Engine rendering customization
Familiarity with multithreaded engine architecture
Experience with upscaling techniques: DLSS, FSR, XeSS
Knowledge of compute-driven rendering and GPU-driven pipelines
Experience with ray tracing (DXR/VKRT) or hybrid rendering pipelines
