Responsibilities
- Coordinating travel bookings, itineraries, and meeting arrangements.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Assisting with stock monitoring, inquiries, and boutique reporting.
- Supporting the Head of Brand and team with day to day operational tasks.
- Assisting with marketing initiatives including events, social media monitoring, and creative coordination.
- Assisting with the setup, running, and pack down of events, along with post event reporting.
- Conducting market and competitor research within luxury sectors.
- Assisting with CRM initiatives and providing support to boutique teams.
- Performing general administrative tasks including digital filing, system maintenance and office coordination.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate for the Team Asistant position will have previous experience within luxury retail or a similar environment, bringing strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills. This role suits someonw who is proactive, detail orientated, and thrives in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Essential: previous experience in luxury retail, administration, or team support, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Ideal: experience supporting senior leaders or departments in luxury or premium brand environment, with exposure to events, marketing activities, or retail operations.
- Desired attributes: A polished professional, and collaborative individual with skills in Microsoft Office. Strong muiltitasking ability, attention to detail, and a “no task is too small” attitude are critical to success in this role. Flexibility to work occasional evening, weekends or travel is required.
