We are seeking an experienced Client Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with clients, and has strong organisational and communication skills within the residential construction industry.


About the Role

You will be the central point of contact for clients throughout their pre-construction journey, ensuring every step is clear, well-managed, and supported. Working closely with Sales, Drafting, Estimating, our in-house Interior Designer and Construction Administration team, you'll help prepare documentation, manage client selections, coordinate variations, and provide exceptional service that reflects the Beaumonde Homes standard.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage clients end-to-end through pre-construction stages with professionalism and care
* Coordinate client communications and maintain regular updates on progress
* Prepare and review documentation including Addenda, variations, contract packs and Shire applications
* Liaise with internal designers, estimators, drafters and external suppliers
* Assist with material, colour and specification selections
* Check drawings, selections and documentation for accuracy before client issue
* Enter and maintain data in internal project systems
* Support workflow processes to ensure smooth progression into construction
* Provide administrative support across departments as required


Skills & Experience

* Experience in residential building administration, client liaison or prestart coordination
* Strong communication skills – written, verbal and client-facing
* Excellent time management and ability to prioritise
* High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documentation
* Sound problem-solving skills and confidence in decision-making
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with building software
