What's the role?
We are seeking an experienced Modality Lead CT/X-Ray to provide both people leadership and technical expertise across our Western Australia region. In this role, you will act as the line manager for Radiography teams, supporting performance, development, and workforce planning, while partnering closely with Regional Management and the National Modality Lead. You will play a key role in driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring consistently high standards of patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CT/X-Ray professional looking to take the next step into leadership, with the ability to influence clinical standards and shape the future of the modality.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Leading and developing high-performing, engaged Radiography teams
* Managing recruitment, workforce planning, and resource allocation
* Maintaining exceptional standards of patient care, safety, and confidentiality
* Overseeing training programs and professional development initiatives
* Driving process and system improvements across the region
* Monitoring industry trends and implementing best practice approaches
* Collaborating with Regional Management to achieve strategic and operational outcomes
