With a strong focus on service innovation, professional development and workforce flexibility, they offer a supportive and progressive environment for Allied Health professionals to thrive.Relocation & IncentivesComprehensive relocation support is available to help make your move smooth and stress-free:Intrastate (100km+): up to $2,500Interstate: up to $5,000Overseas: up to $8,000Accommodation Support:Up to $350/week for up to 10 weeks, or10 weeks interim accommodation (if available)Recruitment Bonus: $2,500–$5,000 upon successful completion of six-month probation (new employees only)About the RolesWe are recruiting for multiple Occupational Therapist positions at Grade 1, 2 or 3, within a multidisciplinary Rural Allied Health Team (RAHT) providing services across the Goulburn Valley region.Core responsibilities for all grades:Deliver evidence-based, person-centred care in home and clinic settingsWork closely with clients, carers, and families to support independence and safetyDevelop client-centred goals and functional care plansComplete assessments for assistive technology, pressure care, and home modificationsImplement in-home and community-based therapy programsParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and student trainingGrade 3 additional responsibilities:Lead clinical care for complex and high-needs clientsProvide supervision and mentoring to junior staffSupport service development, innovation, and implementationContribute to policy, reporting, and evidence-based practiceLead quality improvement activities and clinical governance projectsAbout YouWe are seeking passionate Occupational Therapists with the following:Essential (all grades):Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)AHPRA registrationNDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Grade 1/2:Early to mid-career experience in community settingsStrong interpersonal and organisational skillsDesire to grow within a multidisciplinary environmentGrade 3:Extensive experience in community OT and complex case managementDemonstrated clinical leadership and supervision skillsProven ability to contribute to service planning and innovationHigh-level written, verbal, and analytical skillsThis is an outstanding opportunity to join a values-driven team making a genuine impact across regional communities.Interested?
