The role of Advisor is a key position within our organization's People Management Advice & Service Hub.
This entity operates as a shared service resource, linking managers with experts in human resources and people management matters.
The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders, establish effective working relationships, and collaborate with other team members to support best practice in people management and outcomes.
* Provide expert advice and consultancy services on employee relations
* Conduct workplace investigations and manage employee relations matters
* Assist in developing human resources policies and strategies
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in human resources management or business
* Sound knowledge of human resources management laws and regulations
* Advanced computing skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
