We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. You should be able to work well under pressure, follow instructions, and be punctual.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee drinks, as well as other beverages and food items, according to company recipes and standards.
* Prepare desserts
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
* Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment and other machinery.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
* Follow all health and safety guidelines.
* Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system.
* Work efficiently under pressure during busy periods.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures.
