**Overview**
**Key Accountabilities**
- Implement systems that optimise efficiency, and effectively manage and maintain accurate program information including data entry, records management and reporting. Ensure information is stored in accordance with Open Government principles.
- Provide professional and timely logístical support to meetings, committees, working parties, workshops, information sessions and forums including inviting participants, arranging venues and audio-visual equipment, travel arrangements, collation of materials for presentation, circulation of agendas and minutes, and the taking of minutes during meetings.
- Develop and maintain cooperative and productive working relationships with key internal stakeholders and program customers to facilitate communication and information sharing and to direct enquiries.
**Essential Criteria**
- Experience in a project coordination or business support role, demonstrating administration and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage processes for administration systems.
