What You'll Actually Do
* Own ecommerce performance
with profit as the north star
* Analyse margins
by product & category (and fix the leaks)
* Make strategic product decisions
: what to push, bundle, reprice, or discontinue
* Improve key metrics
: AOV, LTV & repeat purchases (chemicals, consumables, upsells)
* Optimise the website
for conversion (not just aesthetics)
* Work across channels
: SEO, paid ads & email with margin-based decision making
* Use data to guide every move
(GA4, store backend, ad platforms)
You're the Right Fit If you...
* Have managed or scaled a
real ecommerce store
(physical products)
* Understand
contribution margin
, not just ROAS
* Have killed products that sold well but made no money
* Are comfortable
owning outcomes
* Like fixing systems and bottlenecks
* MUST have Amazon experience
– understand Amazon fees, FBA vs FBM, and listing optimisation
