We are in search of our newest superstar to join the team as a treatment assistant who is a dynamic and motivated individual, and succeeds in a fast-paced environment, whilst still maintaining empathy for our patients and their families through life-changing decisions.
You will be with the patient every step of the way, from initial consultation through to completed treatment.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Converting inquires through phone, email, social media into bookings.
Presenting treatment plans confidently and transparently, along with available payments plans for the patient.
Ensuring patient has all necessary documentation and has returned any necessary forms before treatment commences.
Answering any questions and addressing any concerns the patient may have about treatment plans and procedures.
Supporting dental assistants with upcoming procedures and ensuring all stock/equipment needed is available and ready to use.
Liaising with dentist and lab to maintain timely workflows and communication about cases.
Securing deposits and ensuring patient accounts are up to date.
Managing follow up appointments after treatment
Tracking leads and conversions
Maximising operational efficiency through scheduling accuracy.
About the role:
You will be predominantly working alongside our principal dentist and his dental assistants.

Willingness to learn and be adaptable.
Experience in dentistry is highly desired but not essential.
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or patient-facing experience is advantageous for effective patient interaction and inquiry management.
