Key Responsibilities
1. Create engaging visual content: Conceptualise and produce high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, compliance signage, community resources, and corporate documents.
2. Maintain brand consistency: Ensure the brand's personality is reflected in all materials, adhering to established guidelines and style sheets.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with team members to deliver high-quality, impactful materials that meet project requirements.
4. Balancing creative and technical projects: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative vision with technical requirements and deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing print and digital work.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) with the ability to produce accurate print-ready and digital production files.
* Strong ability to interpret briefs, develop concepts, and apply brand guidelines across varied content and audiences.
* Strong collaboration, communication, and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines in a team environment.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Art and/or equivalent work experience.
* Working with Children Check.
