Mechanical Engineering Opportunity
This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to the design and manufacture of critical components for prototype and experimental systems.
* Support R&D activities through mechanical engineering design and drafting
* Manage and coordinate component fabrication and acceptance
* Maintain engineering management tools and documentation
* Collaborate closely with engineers, drafters, and technicians
* Convert early concepts and research ideas into detailed prototype designs
* Provide practical engineering input to support trials, testing, and jigs
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field)
* Is proficient in multiple CAD packages (NX highly desirable)
* Can produce detailed manufacturing drawings
* Is capable of performing finite element analysis (FEA) and structural analysis
* Is comfortable working onsite in a collaborative environment
* Is a strong communicator who can challenge ideas constructively and support the team's vision
