Ora Banda Mining is seeking a highly skilled Senior Underground Mine Geologist to join our team in exploration, sustainable mine development and responsible resource management.
The Role
* Lead all geological activities for the mining operation with an emphasis on quality and industry best-practice methods
* Coordinate ore zone mining - maximize recovery, minimize dilution
* Manage grade control drilling programs and data interpretation for mine planning as per the schedule
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Geology or equivalent from a recognized institution
* Membership of AIG, AusIMM, or similar professional body
* Knowledge of JORC requirements and minimum 5-7 years' experience in underground gold mining
* Proficiency in mining software - Micromine, Leapfrog, Geobank
* Exposure to current grade control technologies and practices
