* Clerk Grade 5/6. Package includes base salary ($99,938 - $110,271) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
About the Role
As a Regional Support Officer, you'll provide high-level administrative and business support to help our regional office run smoothly. Your responsibilities include gathering and managing documents, supporting regional projects, drafting Ministerial and executive correspondence, arranging meetings handling financial processing and invoices, and improving business systems.

We're Looking For
* Project Coordination & Delivery: Ability to manage and support projects through planning, resource coordination, documentation, and progress monitoring to ensure outcomes align with approved plans.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled at building strong relationships and managing stakeholder interests, especially when working with Aboriginal communities
* Administrative & Secretariat Support: Proficient in providing high-quality secretarial services, including minute-taking, correspondence drafting, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Research & Policy Support: Skilled in conducting basic research and analysis to inform reports and contribute to policy development and decision-making.
