Are you a strategic SAP leader ready to shape the future of People Services systems for one of Queensland's largest organisations? We're seeking an experienced ERP Principal Specialist - People Services to drive functional strategy, innovation, and delivery across Payroll, Human Resources, and Environment Health & Safety (EH&S) platforms.
This pivotal role provides strategic leadership, solution assurance, and business partnership across the organisation's People Services function, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors, S/4 Payroll, ECC6 HR, and Payroll systems.
Responsibilities
* Significant experience in SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, and S/4 HANA environments, with expertise in functional consulting and/or SAP solution architecture.
* Proven success leading SAP functional teams, implementing frameworks such as SAP Activate, and delivering large-scale projects in complex environments.
* Deep functional knowledge of SAP HCM sub-modules, including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, People Analytics/MSS, and SuccessFactors.
* Expertise in Master Data Governance, including ownership, standards, quality, lifecycle management, security, and integration.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong business and vendor partnerships.
