Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for both financial and office administration, while being the first point of contact for our customers and partners.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Processing invoices, payments, and remittances
* Supporting the accounts team with reconciliations, reporting, and general bookkeeping tasks
* Experience with accounting and inventory systems is required; knowledge of Cin7/DEAR and Xero is highly regarded, though training can be provided if experience is with other systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Proven bookkeeping experience and strong knowledge of invoice processing
* Experience with Xero (highly regarded)
* Experience with Cin7/DEAR (highly regarded, or willingness to learn quickly)
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong phone manner and communication skills
* Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating different systems
* A proactive and reliable approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
