About the Role
Perm Full Time or Part time.
We are seeking a passionate Community Occupational Therapist to join our team on the beautiful Low/Mid North Coast, covering Coffs Harbour and Grafton region. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based care to clients in their homes and community settings, helping them achieve their goals and maintain independence. As an OT, you will support clients through programs like Support at Home and Hospital Substitution, helping them achieve independence and reach their goals.

What You'll Do
* Provide functional assessments and tailored interventions in clients' homes.
* Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.
* Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
* Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.
About you
Degree in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration
Valid driver's licence and insured vehicle
Community or hospital OT experience (preferred)
