As the Financial Assistance Consultant, you will be a self-motivated individual, who is an effective communicator able to empathise and understand customers changes in circumstance, whilst providing solutions that support the customer in alignment with organisational policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
- Complaints Resolution - Log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems, to improve negative customer experiences
