Exciting Business Analyst opportunity to work within a large and well-known WA organisation Your new company Hays Technology is working with a large and reputable organisation undergoing significant digital transformation. We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of technology solutions and drive process improvement across complex enterprise environments. Your new role In this role, you'll lead business analysis activities throughout the full project lifecycle, map and refine business processes, translate needs into technical requirements, and develop testing strategies including UAT planning. You'll work autonomously, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence. What you'll need to succeed Background in business analysis with experience in large or complex organisations Strong capability in requirements gathering, process redesign, and modelling Experience developing testing strategies and supporting user acceptance testing Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills Knowledge of business analysis frameworks (BABOK, Agile BA) Higher education experience is desirable but not essential.
